Jaime Gamache has worked in the field of Strength and Conditioning for the better part of ten years. He has been a competitive athlete in high school, college and semi-professional sports. He attained a Bachelor's degree from Assumption College and a Master's degree from Springfield College. He interned at that time with the Cleveland Browns. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is a Certified Club Coach and Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Mr. Gamache has worked at numerous facilities throughout the northeast, including The Functional Agility, Speed, and Strength Training (F.A.S.S.T.) Program, Train Boston, Sport Rx, Velocity Sports Performance and NorthEast Sports Training.

Steve Zarriello is a graduate of the Kinesiology program at URI where he attained his Bachelor's degree. He began working in the strength and conditioning field as a junior in college when he started an internship at Northeast Sports Training. While completing his cirriculum at URI Steve was also gaining valuable experience coaching athletes of all ages and levels. After graduating Steve continued to work in the strength and conditioning field and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In his time as a strength coach he has had success with clients of all ages and abilities looking to achieve a wide variety of goals. Steve prides himself not only in making sure that his athletes are technically sound and injury free, but also in the relationships that he forms with his clients as a coach and motivator.
